1. Return authorization from K&H European Auto Upholstery will be required on all returns.
2. Make sure to check merchandise before starting installation for any defect and make sure the correct item was ordered.
3. In order to receive exchange or credit you must notify us within 15 days of purchase.  All returns will be subject to restocking fees of up to 15%.
4. Merchandise must be in the same condition as received.  Merchandise will not be accepted if installation has been started.
5. Merchandise must be carefully packaged in the same manner as it was received.
6. Exchange or credit will not be allowed unless this policy is followed.
7. Convertible top windows are not guaranteed after installation.
8. Custom ordered are not returnable.
9. All prices are subject to change without notice.
10. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping charges must be prepaid by the buyer.
